About Brooke Watts

Brooke Watts is a dynamic young agribusiness professional with a strong foundation in agriculture, having grown up on her family farm in Molong, NSW. Passionate about driving innovation in the industry, she specializes in ag tech adoption strategies, youth engagement, and marketing for the future of farming.

As the co-founder of The UpGen Project, Brooke has played a pivotal role in inspiring and educating the next generation of agricultural leaders. She has successfully managed education programs across NSW, helping bridge the gap between young people and the agricultural sector.

Brooke’s dedication to industry growth and sustainability has earned her recognition as a finalist for 2024 Western NSW Outstanding Young Business Leader of the Year and 2023 CSU Young Alumni of the Year Finalist. She is committed to expanding networks, bringing fresh perspectives, and shaping the future of agribusiness through creative marketing and strategic initiatives. 2025 has seen the launch of her podcast ‘Business with Brooke’ and being selected as a Finalist in the NSW RAS Rural Achiever program.

A sought-after speaker, Brooke continues to champion innovation, collaboration, and opportunities for young professionals in agriculture. Brooke is engaged as a speaker on a range of levels including panel discussions, event MC and keynote speaker.
