Sara is the co-founder and Director of Talent Stable, Australia’s first talent management service dedicated to rural and regional Australia.

After recognising that regional and rural content and talent needed stronger representation and authenticity in the marketing space, Sara set out to establish a service that would bring together influential people in rural and regional Australia and connect them with the right brands and audiences while expanding their reach in a truly authentic way.

Throughout her career, Sara has successfully cultivated a prestigious portfolio of clients and networks spanning regional corporates, tourism, lifestyle and events, and all levels of government and harnesses these networks as part of Talent Stable.

As a passionate advocate for regional Australia, and a future-focussed collaborator, Sara leads the dedicated Talent Stable team.

Michaela AchillesTalent Manager and Booking Agent
BIO

Michaela is an experienced marketing, event, and project management professional passionate about user experience, community engagement, agriculture, running, yoga, and marketing.

Hailing from Germany, and studying in the United States, Michaela has worked with some of the largest brands in the world, including Nike and WeWork. She brings to her clients, unique insights, and innovative solutions along with a tenacity to achieve positive outcomes. Before joining Talent Stable, Michaela spent time travelling Australia on a working holiday where she has been exposed to life on the land as a farm-hand, nanny and tractor operator.

Michaela holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media Economics and Management from Stuttgart Media University, and spent a year abroad at the University of Oregon, Lundquist College of Business majoring in Marketing and Sports Business.

Suzie Hamilton-CooperDesign and Visual Identity Manager
BIO

With a deep love for illustrations and impressionist painting, Suzie honed her skills studying Graphic Design at CATC Design School, from which she graduated in 2016. She has experience designing quality graphics and artworks for a diverse range of projects including developing artwork for First Nations communities, the arts sector, local government, tourism and agribusiness. Suzie is a curator of captivation through colour and design. As Design and Visual Identity Manager, she frames the overarching narrative that encapsulates the essence of Talent Stable and brings the vision to life.

Chelsea RoperTalent and Booking Executive
BIO

Chelsea is a motivated marketing and communications professional with experience in events, activations, marketing campaigns and digital communication. Chelsea has worked on a variety of campaigns, providing marketing and event support for corporate and government clients. More recently, Chelsea has spent time working within regional and rural small business.  Originally from Tamworth, Chelsea is passionate about building regional business, and after spending time living in metro areas, she understands the barriers of communication between corporate business and regional communities.

Chelsea has a passion for learning and continues to grow her communication skills through mentoring and regional workshops. In her spare time, Chelsea also enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, and playing tennis.

In 2019, Chelsea completed a Bachelor of Business (Marketing), from the University of Newcastle, and also spent a semester abroad studying communications at the University of Leeds, UK.

A born and bred Tamworth local, growing up with a farming background, and a love for events. Britt joins the team with a background within the local government events department and the world of sales as a travelling sales rep.

Britt loves to spend her down time on the family farm, enjoying all things outdoors and finding the best long black in every town she goes to!

With a drive to further her communication skills and agency operations knowledge Britt is the go-to girl for the Talent Stable team and the everyday running of the business needs.
